1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the xbage platform — whether through the website at xbage.club, the xbage mobile app, or any other xbage service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using xbage immediately and close your account.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and xbage. They apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and anyone accessing xbage content. Using xbage in any capacity means you accept these terms, regardless of whether you have formally registered an account.

2 Eligibility

To use xbage, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one xbage account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. xbage uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering on xbage, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses on xbage are subject to wagering requirements. • Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being closed.

If you believe a bonus has not been credited correctly to your xbage account, contact support within 72 hours of the qualifying action. Claims made after this window may not be honoured.

7 Prohibited Conduct

xbage maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on xbage.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with xbage games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bonuses through coordinated or systematic abuse.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with xbage systems.
• Using xbage for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xbage staff or other players.
• Accessing xbage from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

The xbage name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of xbage branding in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

xbage provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep xbage running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. xbage is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions during gameplay.

In all cases, xbage's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. xbage is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

xbage reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that:

• The account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to xbage or other players.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email with the reason for suspension where it is safe and appropriate to do so. You may appeal a suspension by contacting xbage support. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

12 Amendments to These Terms

xbage may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, xbage will also notify registered players by email.

Your continued use of xbage after any change to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
